Wellington CBD Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for same day delivery within the Wellington CBD, through Nocar Cargo who we are trialling as a delivery option. You can find out more about them here. You must select 6011 or 6021 as your postcode, but if you are still outside their service area we will get in touch to discuss your options.
Available Monday-Friday only, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 2 hours for us to get your order ready during normal business hours Monday-Friday and please wait till you have received an “order ready for pick up” email before coming past. Pick up hours are from 10am till 5pm.

Oversize Some items may incur an additional $10 oversize charge, this is added to any shipping costs above.

 If your order is confirmed and paid for before 12pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day. We use an overnight courier service all going as planned but allow an extra day for rural delivery. 

  • Orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
  • All orders are processed with NZ Post and sent tracked. 
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes. If your order is required in a short time frame, please contact us before placing your order. 
  • During sale and holiday periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow up to two working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you have requested a large amount of items to be gift wrapped this may delay your order slightly too. 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details.  

    It can take some time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn't show up straight away, please check back later.
    If you have any issues regarding the delivery of your parcel, please contact NZ Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number. 


    Australia & International 

    We offer $30NZD flat rate shipping to Australia. Some oversized items are excluded from this and we will be in touch if that is the case. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] regarding rates for other countries. Occasionally items are unable to be shipped internationally. If you place an order with any of these items in it, we will get in touch with you to discuss your options.

    Please allow 4 - 10 business days for delivery to Australia. (Longer during Covid-19 pandemic) This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. eminentd has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    We appreciate it can be hard to tell if it is exactly the right item for you when shopping online! If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem. Please email [email protected] and quote your order number. We accept exchanges for credit, refund or replacement. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email us before returning your item. 

    **Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on posters.**

    If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email [email protected] explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.

    Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind for purchases made in store.
